12/29/2006 mmmmmmmm Puffs....

So I am determined to help Cameron learn his pincer-grasp. Everynight after dinner I put a few fruit/veggie puffs on his highchair and let him play. I try to show him how to pick it up and it put them in his mouth but he looks at me like I'm being silly mommy. He loves the puffs though. Gobbles them right up. He's really learned how to chew things. Its so stinken cute...all you seem is a gummy grin. I really can't wait to see his teeth to come through...I'm tellin ya...any day now! I know I keep saying it, but those little bumps on the bottom keep getting bigger and bigger and Cam keeps getting more and more fussy!

12/28/2006 Cam's New Trick...
So Cameron has this new trick that I've yet to get on camera. We have it on dvd cam but not in photos. Cameron LOVES to take his num-num and put it in mommy's mouth and take it out over and over again while cracking up! Its so funny.

We have a busy busy weekend...Tomorrow is Uncle Mike's 10th birthday! Saturday we are going up to Oley, PA to vist the Christie Compound for Christmas, and than of course, Sunday...FOOTBALL/New Years Eve, and Monday is Aunt Bonnie's birthday! Tons of picture taking and dvd recording opportunites this weekend! Can't wait!

So I took out my XTi last night and played around. Talk about a HUGE learning curve! I am determined. I WILL GET IT, I WILL GET IT.

12/26/2006 Merry Christmas toooooo youuuuu.....
Oh boy were we spoiled! I can not believe everything we got! Cameron got TONS...so many toys for such a little man! He got so many toys that we filled up his toy box that we asked for for Christmas! Now we need ANOTHER toy box already!

Gerry, my mom, dad, aunt debbie, and dale all went in together and got me my Rebel XTi !!!! I'm in love! I posted some of my new xti pictures of the holiday below.

Gerry's parents went crazy on us again as usual and got us an awsome dvd camcorder too!
We got so much stuff this year and we are super super thankful. It was such a wonderful Christmas!!!!

12/21/2006 Oh Christmas Tree...Oh Christmas Tree...

How silly! Forgot to add pictures of my Christmas Tree! This picture was taken BEFORE we got to decorate it. I will post that picture as soon as I develope my film (I am SO slow with that!). I love this tree...it has 1000 lights! Color and white, with a remote (Im a gadget freak!) and was just so beautiful. My wonderful hubby got up at 5am on black friday to get this tree for $100.00 from JcPenneys! I love him!

Cameron LOVES the tree too...he has his exersaucer right next to it and keeps grabbing at the lights (mommy was smart and didn't place any orniments in his reach). Silly baby!

12/20/2006 HoHoHo...Merry Christmas

So its only 5 days away from baby's First Christmas. "Santa" has gotten him a lot! He got tons of Roll-A-Rounds, The TMX Elmo, Stacking Rings and more! We are super excited this year. I posted a picture of the Christmas card that I made this year and the picture I got printed as an 8x10 for all our family members.

11/20/2006 Latest Photo Shoots...
I haven't posted in a while, bad me, I am more updated with my myspace.com blog than this. I should really keep this one more up to date, its easier to share if you ask me. Anyway, I have been doing a lot of practicing with Cameron with lighting, catchlights, rule of thirds and what not. Seems like every shoot I am doing gets better. I posted his halloween pictures and christmas ones (out takes)...Enjoy!

10/19/2006 - My First Blog...

So this whole blog thing is so new to me. I guess I should start off by telling a little about my life. My husband and I have been married for almost 2 years now. We have a baby boy that is now 6 months old (picture posted above!) I have a wonderful, big family (especially from my husbands side...wow big!).

I am a post-op patient (4 years post op!) of the RNY gastric bypass. I lost 146 lbs total and have maintained my weight loss pretty well so far.

I am really into photography right now, I am trying to learn all the in and outs and making the most out of my camera.
